Senior Pastor
My wife Angela and I have been in the ministry for eight years and it is our heart’s desire to lead people into an encounter with Jesus. We believe that the church is made-up of those who believe and follow Jesus.
We believe that the church building is a place where people come together to worship the Lord to participate in his sacraments and participate in discipleship. We also believe that God has called us to be the hands and feet of Christ, to remain obedient and available to him and his direction.
The church is first and foremost a place for those seeking to know the Lord as well as those seeking to grow closer to the Lord.
We find it very important to reflect Christ in the way that we live our lives but also in the way we oversee the church. We love people however we understand our love is not enough, so we believe it’s imperative to show people the love of Christ.
Jesus is our priority.

Worship Leader
I have been in church since I was 2 weeks old but I’ve been attending Harrah Church of the Nazarene since 1995. I love to sing and I feel closest to the Lord when praising Him. I have been leading praise and worship since 2017. The Lord has blessed me with a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful children and the very best church family ever.
Mary Anne Evans
Adult Ministry
I have attended HNC since 2014 and became a member in 2015. In addition to serving as the Board Secretary, I also function as the Director of the Prime Timers’ Ministry, the leader of our Crusaders’ Sunday School class, and I enjoy serving the community by volunteering in HNC’s Feed My Sheep program, Vacation Bible School activities and many other outreach efforts of our church. HNC is very family friendly where everyone is considered an important part of our family. My favorite thing to do is to welcome new visitors and to help them become connected with our church and with Jesus Christ, our Savior and Lord. I look forward to meeting You!
Jennifer Evans
Children’s Ministry
My name is Jennifer Evans. I am a believer and follower of Jesus Christ. I am also a wife and a mother to 3 teenagers. I have served in many roles of ministry, but I am currently serving as the Children’s Ministry Leader here at Harrah Church of the Nazarene, as it is my biggest passion. I love presenting opportunities for children to hear about Jesus and the love HE has for them. I love presenting God’s word to children in fun and meaningful ways, so that seeds are planted deep in their hearts, that will eventually help them kickstart their very own relationship with the Lord. I believe that starting kids off in the way of the Lord and teaching them to stand on a firm foundation of HIS truth is vital as they grow and navigate all of life’s many challenges.
